PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing organic fertilizers using feathers is provided to cost-effectively obtain harmless organic fertilizers by decomposing the feathers based on microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing organic fertilizers using feathers is implemented based on a decomposing process. The decomposing process introduces Xanthomonas sp., strain, carbon source, nitrogen source, and inorganic salt into the feathers. The feathers are decomposed to obtain organic fertilizers. The carbon source is one of glucose, fructose, and maltose. The nitrogen source is gelatin or (NH_4)_2SO_4. The inorganic salt is one of KH_2PO_4, K_2HPO_4, NaCl, and FeSO_4. |
