PURPOSE: A moving member using a motor is provided to prevent the degradation of operational efficiency and the overload of a motor by maintaining the uniform speed at the section where there is not pedal effort. CONSTITUTION: A moving member using a motor(70) comprises wheels(10,20), a power supply unit(60), and a controller. The wheel drives using the pedal effort or the motor. The power source to the power supply unit is supplied to the motor. The controller controls the motor. The speed of the motor maintains the similar speed to the point of time when there is not the pedal effort.
