PURPOSE: A battery pack is provided to firmly fix a fastening tab extended from a protecting circuit board and a sensing tab installed on a sensing end of battery cells using a joint hook unit extended from a case. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack(100) comprises the following: plural battery cells(10c,10d) directly connected to each other from a first high current stage to a second high current stage using one sensing end; a sensing end circuit unit including a sensing tab(123) with a first through-hole, discharged from the sensing end; a protection circuit module(150) including a fastening tab(153) electrically connected to the sensing tab, and a second through-hole corresponding to the first through-hole; and battery cases(160,170) storing the battery cells, the sensing end circuit unit, and the protection circuit module.
