PURPOSE: A biosensor device using a surface plasmon bragg grating wave guide is provided to simply and effectively detect a target material. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor device using a surface plasmon bragg grating wave guide comprises: a metal layer(100) formed as a surface plasmon wave guide; an upper dielectric layer(210) having a bragg grating part formed at the upper side of the dielectric layer; a lower dielectric layer(220) which contact the lower side of the metal layer; and a receiving part(300) which is attached by being coated with the target material receptor. The metal layer is formed of gold(Au), silver(Ag), copper(Cu), aluminum(Al), or alloy thereof.
