PURPOSE: A fixing device and an image forming device having the same are provided to reduce the consumption power of the mounting device. CONSTITUTION: A nip plate(140) faces a pressing unit(110) inside a fusing belt(120). A support member(150) supports the nib plate. A reflective unit is arranged inside the fixing belt. The reflective unit reflects the heat which is radiated from a heating unit(130) to the support member. The reflective unit is connected to the nib plate. The heat can be transmitted from the reflective unit to the nib plate.
