MULTIPURPOSE SENSING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A complex sensing apparatus and electronic apparatus including the same are provided to support a multi-touch sensing unit and a movement sensing unit by embodying compact and thin thickness. CONSTITUTION: Planar compound eyes(120a, 120b) steadily monitors a user connecting surface by arranging an ocellus as a fan shape. 3D compound eyes(130a, 130b) steadily monitors the front side of the user connecting surface by arranging the ocellus at an array. A video signal processing unit(140) calculates a touch position about a user surface using video signals received from the planar compound eyes. The video signal processing unit distinguishes the movement of an object at the front side of the user surface using the video signals received from the 3D compound eyes.
