PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing an error of a solar light generating system and a method thereof are provided to diagnose whether a solar light generating system has an error, thereby increasing the efficiency of operating the solar light generating system. CONSTITUTION: A reference current outputting unit(120A) outputs a reference current at a surface temperature of a solar light array. A comparison determining unit(130A) compares a measured output current(IPV) with the reference current. Another comparison determining unit(130B) compares a measured output current(VPV) with the reference current. A diagnostic signal generating unit(110) generates a normal signal during a normal operation of a solar light generating system. A display unit(140) displays an error diagnosis result of the solar light generating system. |
