LOADING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MASS PRODUCTION OF CARTRIDGE WITH PRESSABLE PLASTIC BONDED EXPLOSIVES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for explosive munitions charged with compressed composite explosives is provided to product munitions having high performance and stability by pressing and charging a plurality of pellets made of composite explosives in a plurality of munitions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the explosive munitions(45) charged compressed composite explosives is as follows. A fixed amount of gunpowder is measured by a gunpowder feeder(10) and charged into a pallet mold(15). A pellet molding mold is formed at a static pressure and manufactured as a pellet(25'). The pellet inserted into the munitions of a shell fixing mold is pressed and charged at a static pressure. Each munitions are separated from the shell fixing mold, and a new shell fixing mold is supplied from a static pressure charging device(30) after the munitions fully charged with pellets is moved to the explosive munitions separator(50) with the shell fixing mold. The residual gunpowder is cut from the explosive munitions.
