PURPOSE: A touch sensing apparatus is provided to fix the electric potential of a substrate at a fixed range by providing a wave to a noise blocking unit. CONSTITUTION: The one side of a substrate(110) includes a touch sensing unit(111) and the noise blocking unit of a conductive material. An oscillator(130) provides a wave to the noise blocking unit by creating the wave corresponding to the capacitance of the touch sensing unit. A touch determination unit(160) determines a touch signal using a wave frequency. The noised blocking unit is extended to the one side of the substrate which includes the touch sensing unit. The oscillator includes a buffer unit which is installed on supplying routes.
