STUDY MATERIAL FOR THE FUNCTION THEORY OF MRI AND THE PROPERTIES OF MAGNETIC FIELD

PURPOSE: Learning materials is provided to enhance learning efficiency through work study program regarding the operation principle of an MRI apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A support stand(40) comprises a support plate. A pair of support plates is arranged in a bottom plate side by side. An insertion groove is formed in the upper side of the support plate. A transparent magnetic field generating tube(10) is interlocked with the insertion groove and is settled on the support stand. A coil surrounds the circumference of the magnetic field production pipe. A battery box loads a direct battery and is fixed to the support stand. A switch is connected to a wire which serially interlinks the coil and the battery box. The switch controls whether the direct battery supplies a direct current to the coil or not. A human body panel(80) of a flat shape has a plurality of compasses and is inserted and seceded in the magnetic field production pipe.
