<p>PURPOSE: A solid-state imaging device and a camera system are provided to accurately restrict the blooming of an electric charge while restricting a circuit from becoming large. CONSTITUTION: Pixel driving units(120,130,140,150) perform the electronic shutter operation of a pixel unit(110). The row selection circuit of the pixel driving unit has the optional functions of the shutter row and the reading row. The reading row reads a signal. The shutter row discharges an accumulated electric charge from a photoelectric conversion device. According to an address and control signal, reading state, discharge state, electronic shutter state, and accumulation state can be set in the pixel of the selected row.</p> |
