PURPOSE: A device and a method for managing an acoustic signal based on the combined power of acoustic echo and background noise are provided to remove an acousti echo signal and a background noise signal at the same time by selectively combining the acoustic echo and noise power and applying the removing gain to a combining signal. CONSTITUTION: A voice processing deice performs the DFT(Discrete Fourier Transform) of an input speaker signal(S100). The device presumes the power of a noises signal from a speaker signal and a receiver signal(S200). The device presumes an acoustic echo signal(S400). The device selectively combines the estimated acoustic echo signal and the estimated noise power according to whether the receiving signal exists or not(S500). The apparatus applies a removal gain to a final coupling signal(S600). |
