PURPOSE: A coupling for a motor directly driving railway vehicles is provided to prevent the delivery of the vibration, generated by the friction of a rail and a wheel, to a motor. CONSTITUTION: A coupling for a motor directly driving railway vehicles comprises a motor shaft revolving wheel(210), an axle revolving wheel(220), and a connector socket(230) A plurality of socket joint holes(212) is formed at the circumference of the motor shaft revolving wheel. The motor shaft rotation wheel is inserted in the motor shaft in order to transfer the torque of the motor to axle. The axle revolving wheel faces with the motor shaft revolving wheel. A plurality of socket joint hole(221) is formed in the circumference of the axle revolving wheel. The connector socket blocks the vibration delivered from axle and transfers the torque of the motor to axle.
