PURPOSE: An information processing method of construction cost information and system thereof are provided to write economic design through efficient cost distribution by instantly analyzing a construction cost. CONSTITUTION: A data receiver(1110) receives process/space information, process cost information, and cost information. A basic detail cost data generation engine(1200) generates process/space information with reference to cost ratio information. The basic detail cost data generation engine generates cost detail basic data by configuring expansion cost information. A detail cost data generation engine(1300) generates cost detail information which reflects the request of a user computer.
