发明名称 SYSTEM DESTINED FOR THE HEATING OF SPACES AND THE PRODUCTION OF HOT SANITARY WATER BY USE OF A SOLAR PRESSURIZED-WATER TANK OR A WATER TANKS ARRAY
摘要 Novelty: system destined for the heating of spaces and the production of hot sanitary water by use of a solar pressurized-water tank or a water tanks array. Constitution: a water tank under pressure (fig. 1-B), solar collectors (fig.1-S), a first heat exchanger (fig.1HE1), a second hot sanitary water exchanger (fig.1HE2), in series-arranged tanks (fig.2-B1, B2, B3), a water recycling circulator (fig. 2-P2) and an in-floor heating system. Connection mode of water tanks: connection of the upper exit of the first tank B1 to the solar collector (fig.2-S) and the by-pass line; connection of the lower exit of said tank B1 to the upper exit of the second tank B2 the lower exit of which will be connected to the upper exit of the third tank B3; finally, connection of the lower exit of the last tank B3 to the solar collector and the by-pass line. Operation mode: the water of the under-pressure water tank (fig. 1-B) is directly circulating on the solar plates (fig.1-S) to absorb heat stored up in the water tank in the downwards direction (the water of the tank is sucked from the tank’s bottom, drawn to the solar plates and returned to the top of the tank); a first exchanger is located at the top of the tank (fig.1HE1) to extract heat needed for the heating of the spaces. Being sucked from the top of the tank, the water is drawn to the by-pass line and returns to the bottom of the tank so that the heat stored at the bottom of this last is urged to ascent to the top of the tank to ensure the continuous heat extraction for the heating of the spaces. A second exchanger (fig.1HE2) is located at the bottom of the tank to accommodate the production of hot sanitary water and to operate, chiefly, when the first heat exchanger remains inactivated (namely, when heating is off). In case of need of high-capacity tanks, several in series-arranged tanks are utilised (fig. 2-B1, B2, B3): the first tank bearing the heat exchanger (fig.2-HE1) and the last tank the hot sanitary water exchanger (fig.2-HE2) (the intermediate water tanks being devoid of exchangers). The recycling circulator (fig. 2-P2) is furnished with revs regulation provision and operates in such a way to depress into the water tank the constant-temperature water derived from the solar collectors; this temperature of water is regulated to be superior to the corresponding nominal temperature intake of heating. Naturally, heating is conducted via an in-floor low-temperature system so that the whole enterprise of solar temperature may be applicable.
