PURPOSE: A producing method of (meth)acrylate is provided to maximize the separation efficiency of the (meth)acrylate from a separation process of a reaction product from an acid separation column. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of (meth)acrylate by esterification-reacting a reactant containing (meth)acrylic acid and alcohol to obtain (meth)acrylate under the presence of a catalyst comprises the following steps: obtaining a reactant containing (meth)acrylate, non-reacted (meth)acrylic acid, non-reacted alcohol, reaction by-products, and water; inserting the reactant into an acid separation column(C); and inserting the water during a separation refining process.
