Low-VOC mixture of at least partially salified copolymers of at least one ethylenically unsaturated, phenyl-group-containing monomer and at least one α,&bgr;-unsaturated monocarboxylic acid and/or at least one α,&bgr;-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, of at least one water-soluble polyether, esterification products of at least one water-soluble polyether and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and of a star polymer obtainable by esterifying a carboxylic acid containing at least 3 carboxyl groups with at least one water-soluble polyether, and use thereof as a wetting and dispersing agent, preferably for producing low-VOC pigment pastes or low-VOC paint systems. |
