PURPOSE: A draining water disposing method is provided to suppress the accumulation of polluting components in a disposing system by mixing draining water and oxidant-containing water. CONSTITUTION: Draining water(4) and oxidant-containing water(5) are mixed such that a pollution index becomes about 0ppm. At least a part of treated water(8) is electrolyzed to improve the concentration of remaining chlorine. The treated water of improved remaining chlorine concentration is mixed with draining water as the oxidant-containing water. A part of the treated water through an oxidizing action is supplied to a chlorine gas separating bath(12). Remaining chlorine is volatilized as chlorine gas. The chlorine gas is supplied to a vapor-liquid mixing bath(10) and is mixed in liquid. The oxidant-containing water of the vapor-liquid mixing bath is mixed with draining water. |
