PURPOSE: A semi-active damper assembly is provided to prevent malfunction since magnetorheological fluid is not leaked to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A semi-active damper assembly comprises first and second coil units(310,320), first to third yoke units(330~350), and a cover unit(360). The first and second coil units selectively form magnetic field by supply of power. The first yoke unit is formed between the first and second coil units. The first yoke unit makes the first and second coil units maintain an interval to assist the formation of magnetic field. The second yoke unit is formed on the other side of the first yoke unit at the first coil unit to fix the first coil unit. The third yoke unit is formed on the other side of the first yoke unit at the second coil unit to fix the second coil unit.
