DESSERT COMPOSED OF YOGURT, SESAME PASTE (TAHINI PASTE) AND HONEY

摘要

Novelty: dessert composed of precise quantities of yogurt, sesame paste (tahini paste) and honey. Composition: for a 1000 gr dessert should be mixed: 750 gr of yogurt (75%) of zero fat content, 175 gr (17.5%) of sesame paste (tahini paste) and 75 gr (7.5%) of honey. The high fat content of the tahini paste can provide -when mixed with zero fat content yogurt- a sufficient quantity of digestible natural plant fat substances. The optional use of other kind of yogurt entails the change of the dessert taste. Purpose: to prepare a healthy, tasteful and digestive nutritional dessert.
