PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array panel is provided to form a protective film by an organic insulating material and obain the parasitic capacitance deviation in a total substrate by overlapping the magnetic data line and a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) is connected to a data line(171) and a pixel electrode(191). When the data line and pixel electrode is a magnetic data line and a magnetism pixel electrode, a plurality of thin film transistors is located on the opposite direction around the magnetic data line per second row. The two boundary lines of the magnetic data line are overlapped with the magnetism pixel electrode.
