PURPOSE: A crossed molecular arrangement-based rib for a geo-grid and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the geo-grid from being broken to a longitudinal direction by crossing and stretching molecular arrangement. CONSTITUTION: Polyester chips are dissolved in extruding cylinders(200, 210) at a temperature of 680 degrees Celsius, and dissolved polyester is successively introduced into a coax mold(220). The dissolved material is extruded into a string-shaped rib. The rib is primarily cooled through water tubs. The primarily cooled rib passes through a thermal chamber to maintain a stretching temperature. The rib of the stretching temperature is stretched using stretchers. The stretched rib is embossed. The embossed rib is secondarily cooled.
