PURPOSE: An exercise device is provided to secure balanced strengthening of muscle and to correct the posture of a user. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device comprises: two posts(110,120) which are separated from each other; a stage(140) which is connected to two stage connecting lines and is formed in order to move to the right and left and front and rear; and handles(131) which are respectively formed on the top of two posts. The post includes an outer pipe and an inner pipe.
