<p>PURPOSE: A driving system for a car and a car having the same are provided to transfer a torque of an internal combustion engine to one or more driving axles without a stop because the internal combustion engine is selectively connected to or disconnected from a dual-clutch transmission by a dual-clutch. CONSTITUTION: A driving system(2) for a car(1) comprises a transmission(11), an internal combustion engine(3), and first and second electric machines(17,19). The transmission drives one or more driving axles(13,14) of the car. The internal combustion engine is selectively connected to or disconnected from a dual-clutch transmission. The first electric machine is selectively connected to or disconnected from one or more driving axles, or output shafts(44,45) of the transmission.
