PURPOSE: A formation method of a solar cell with a multi-core-shell is provided to improve the efficiency of solar energy by forming a multi-film having a core cell structure. CONSTITUTION: In a formation method of a solar cell with a multi-core-shell, a bottom electrode is formed on a glass substrates(S210). A PEDOT / PSS film is formed on the bottom electrode by using an ink-jet printer(S220). The multi-layer core cell particle film having the core cell structure is formed on the upper part of the PEDOT / PSS film through an ink-jet printer(S230). An LiF(Lithum Fluoride) layer is formed in the upper part of the multi-aperture core cell particle film(S240). The top electrode is formed at the upper part of the LiF layer(S250). |
