PURPOSE: An integrated circuit is provided to obtain a data input margin by controlling the level of a reference voltage and the drive of an input buffer. CONSTITUTION: A first ODT(On Die Termination) part(31) receives one or more pull-up codes and full down codes and controls a resistance value. An input buffer(32) drives data while buffering data. The drive of input data is controlled in response to the pull-up codes and the full down codes.
