PURPOSE: A golf club head and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the performance of the golf club head. CONSTITUTION: A golf club head comprises: a body(110); a shaft(120) which is combined with a golf club head body; one or more grooves(113) which are formed in the body surface; and a first edge which is formed in a first groove among one or more grooves. The first edge includes rough surface. The rough surface, first edge, first groove and body surface are formed into one piece.
