The invention treats a method for constructing an energy-efficient building by means of a thermal insulation of a planned building and an additional thermal insulation of an existing building, at which the consumption of the heating and cooling energy in the building decreases. The method contains the following stages: a layer of multi-ply composite material 6, which is relatively thin (up to 10 mm), but has a high thermal and moisture insulation capacity and reflects heating and cooling energy, is installed air-tightly and moisture-tightly to the inner surface 5 of the support structure 4 of the boundary structure 3, is covered with a protection layer 7 and a finishing layer 8. The air temperature and moisture level in the indoor premise 2 is maintained optimum by means of an air conditioning system 26, depending on the number of people present in the indoor premise 2. During the time the indoor premise 2 is not in use, the energy need is reduced to minimum by means of the heating and cooling system 27 and the ventilation system 28. |
