PURPOSE: A railway facilities monitoring system and method are provided to analyze the comfortable ride of a car by transmitting an image to the terminal of a situation room. CONSTITUTION: A lighting part(112) is driven by being synchronized in the shutter of a monitoring camera part. A information obtaining part stores vibration and noise information which is collected from a sensor part(190) attached in an orbit car. A database receives the vibration and noise information from the information obtaining part. A location information output part counts operation location information of the orbit car. A controller controls the lighting part. The controller wirelessly transmits the operation location information to a server part(200).
