PURPOSE: A flowerpot bracket for a bridge railing or an elevated road is provided to apply the flowerpot bracket for mounting flowerpots on the bridge railing or the elevated road. CONSTITUTION: A flowerpot bracket comprises the following: a fixing member(1) fixed to a bridge railing(5) or an elevated road for connecting a bracket(2) by using an anchor bolt; and the bracket connected to the fixing member for mounting and fixing flowerpot bodies(3). The fixing member includes a side plate(13) closely attached to the side surface of the bridge railing, and a mounting unit(12) for mounting the fixing member to the bridge railing. Hinge tubes(14,14`,14a,14a`) are installed on both upper and lower side of the side plate.
