PURPOSE: A tricycle with a caster is provided to enable use by a tall driver as well as a child and prevent a driver from losing interest due to rapid direction change and high speed. CONSTITUTION: A tricycle with a caster comprises a front wheel(110), a pair of handles(112), a front frame(130), a pair of rear wheels(140), a connecting bar(150), a central frame(160), at least one tension member(170), and a saddle(180). The front wheel is driven with a pedal(111). The handles support the front wheel to be able to rotate to the left and right. The front frame connects the handles. The rear wheels consist of casters. The connecting bar connects the rear wheels. The rear end of the central frame is coupled to the central part of the connecting bar. The tension member is installed on the rear end of the front frame and the front end of the central frame.
