PURPOSE: An election campaign system using a portable terminal is provided to enable a voter to easily acquire the information of a candidate by using an election public relation system for the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) receives candidate information from a mobile service server(200) by using WINC(Wireless Internet Numbers of Contents) service(500). The portable terminal transmits cheering messages. A mobile service server provides candidate information stored in a database(300) by receiving the request of the portable terminal. The mobile service server receives the cheering message of the portable terminal. The database stores the information of the candidate and the received cheering message. A public relation screen(400) outputs the received cheering message through the mobile service server.
