[Classes 100 (i) and 100 (ii).] Folding and associating apparatus.-In a rotary folding-apparatus for printing-machines, the sheet-taking pins holding the leading end of the sheet are moved in a direction opposite to the rotation of the folding cylinder as the sheet is drawn from the cylinder. Each product is held on the cylinder by pins at both its leading and trailing ends until the folding blade engages it. The construction of the folding cylinder is identical with that described in Specification 386,004. The folding rollers are constructed as described in Specification 384,680, and cutting apparatus as described in Specification 386,313 may be incorporated. |
