The device has a stopper pin, a spring unit (20) and a stopper socket (15) that is movable between the stopper pin and the spring unit. The pin and/or the spring unit are fixable at a desired stopper position by a clamping unit (30). The clamping unit is arranged outside a winding shaft for hangings, and is arranged in an axial direction of the winding shaft. The pin and the spring unit are adjustable.
