PURPOSE: An automatic test equipment for an MV inverter cell unit is provided to reduce a test time by secure test reliability. CONSTITUTION: A power switch(100) supplies power to a PCB test device. An air compressor connector(200) interlinks an air compressor and loads the PCB in a test position. An oscilloscope connector(300) is connected to an oscilloscope and displays a test result to the oscilloscope. A computer connector(400) interlinks the tester and the computer and receives a test state and a test result and stores them in the computer. A PCB test jig(500) fixes a control PCB test jig, an SMPS test jig(520), and a gate drive PCB test jig. A control pin is fixed to the PCB test jig.
