PURPOSE: An image stabilization device is provided to satisfy the requirement of consumer about a small digital camera enough. CONSTITUTION: A first elastic device and a second device(232) move an optical device assembly(240) to a first direction(Y) and a second direction(X) by closely attached to a first connection rod(211) and a third connection rod(261). A hand shaking preventing device(200) controls the movement direction of the optical device assembly without using a linear bearing or a guide rod. Therefore, the volume of the hand shaking preventing device is reduced.
