PURPOSE: A column circuit and a pixel binning circuit of an image sensor are provided to realize a circuit which operates from a normal mode and a beginning mode in a simple structure by using two column lead circuits. CONSTITUTION: A first column lead circuit(310) takes in charge of lead about a first column line. The first column lead circuit includes a first current source(311) and a first capacitor. A second column lead circuit(320) takes in charge of lead about a second column line. The first column lead circuit includes a second current source(312) and a second capacitor. In a binning mode, data form at least two pixels is outputted into a first column line. The data is saved in the first capacitor.
