The panel (44) has an acoustically resistive layer (48) whose face is in contact with an air flow (46) in a honeycomb structure (50) and a reflecting layer (52). The acoustically resistive layer includes openings (54) inclined in a direction of the air flow to make communication with zones arranged on both sides of the acoustically resistive layer. The openings form an angle (alpha) with the acoustically resistive layer lower than 45 degree, where the angle lies between 15 and 45 degrees.
