The leaf (1) has a locking device locking a sash-bolt or leaf bolt. The device includes a locking rod (3) equipped with an operating handle and a bearing (5) for guiding in translation and/or rotation of the rod. The rod is inserted in the bearing, where the rod is coupled to the leaf by a screw (6)/a nut (7). The nut is carried by the leaf. The nut is assembled inside a location (10) in a free rotating manner, where the location includes an access opening (11) arranged on a section (12) of the leaf.
