PURPOSE: A dowel pin removal device is provided to prevent damages and deformations of dowel pins, and reduce costs by reusing dowel pins in a removal process of disassembling components. CONSTITUTION: A dowel pin removal device comprises a guide rod(10), a sliding hammer(20), a stopper(30), a separation preventing part(40), and a pin joining part(50). The sliding hammer is inserted into the guide rod and slid to a longitudinal direction. The stopper is joined at the backend of the guide rod. An impulsive force by a direct contact of the stopper and the sliding hammer is transferred to the stopper. The separation preventing part is inserted to an edge of the guide rod and prevents the separation of the sliding hammer. The pin joining part is joined with the separation preventing part. A screw part(51) is formed at the end of the pin joining part and screws are meshed with a tap part of the dowel pins. |
