摘要 PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy for a high strength and thermal conductivity condenser tube and a manufacture method thereof are provided to manufacture a small condenser tube having high thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum alloy for a high strength and thermal conductivity condenser tube comprises Fe of 0.01~0.5 weight%, Zr of 0.01~0.2 weight%, MM(Misch metal) of 0.001~0.1 weight%, the rest including aluminum. The manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy for the condenser tube comprises next steps. Fe, Zr, and MM and aluminum are melted in a melting furnace(100) to be alloyed. The aluminum alloy is molded to a casting bar. The casting bar is transformed to multiple plates by rolling to the sections of fixed size. The rolled aluminum alloy is tied. The alloying step is included in 740~850°C.
