<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting diode is provided to rapidly discharge heat which is created in a light emitting chip to outside by forming a molding part, a filling part, and a supporting part into one body by using a same material. CONSTITUTION: A penetration hole(106) is formed by passing through a substrate(100). A heat radiation plate is formed in the lower side of the substrate. First and second lead patterns(104a,104b) are formed in the upper side and lower side of the substrate. A light emitting chip(120) is mounted on the first lead pattern. A wiring(140) electrically interlinks the light emitting chip and the second lead pattern. A molding part seals the light emitting chip and the wiring. A filling part fills a hole. A lens part covers the upper side of the light emitting chip and includes a fluorescent substance.</p> |
