The machine has a stamper (3) rotatably resting on a stamp pad (4) that is fixed at a lower part (2) and rotatably stored at an upper part (1), where the upper part and the lower part are movable relative to each other. The stamper pushes the upper part by guiding the lower part for fulfillment of stamp function and by turning around 180 degrees. Numerators e.g. up-counter (5) and external numerator (6), are driven based on the stamper function. The external numerator is connected to the machine via a wireless interface. The stamp pad is soaked with UV active luminous paint.
