APPARATUS FOR COOLING MARINE GAS OIL AND SHIP HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An MGO(Marine Gas Oil) cooling device and a ship therewith are provided to maximize engine efficiency since an absorption refrigerator is operated by the waste heat of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An MGO cooling device comprises an absorption refrigerator(140) and a first heat exchanger(120). The absorption refrigerator cools first cooling water using the waste heat of an engine. The first heat exchanger cools the MGO by the heat transmission between the MGO and the first cooling water. The absorption refrigerator comprises an evaporator(141), an absorber(143), a generator(145), a mixture pump(146), and a condenser(147). The evaporator cools first cooling water(20) by the evaporation of refrigerant(40). The absorber makes absorbent(42) absorb evaporated refrigerant. The generator heats mixture(44) of the refrigerant and the absorbent, evaporates the refrigerant, and supplies the absorbent to the absorber. The mixture pump transfers the mixture to the generator. The condenser condenses the evaporated refrigerant and supplies the refrigerant to the evaporator.
