The locking device has a rotation lock unit provided with rotation stopping unit (403) and elastic element (253), and is engaged with lock hole. A lock main portion (20) is converted and operated between unlocking and locking states, and is connected with an operating device (25) which rotates the rotation lock unit. The operating device is restricted to lock main portion, when the lock main portion is in locking state, so that rotation lock unit does not rotate. The rotation lock unit is rotated by operating device, when lock main portion is in unlocked state.
