PURPOSE: A method for scribing and cutting using laser is provided to precisely form a scribing line by perpendicularly jetting a laser beam in the surface of a processing object. CONSTITUTION: A method for scribing and cutting using laser comprises next steps. The cut predetermine line is divided into several spaces to fit to the field of a telecentric lens. The laser beam is emitted to the part corresponding to the angular region of the cut predetermine line by using a scanner. A first scribing line(SL1) of the cut for is constituted.
