The panel (1) has a concrete plate (2) made of ultra high performance concrete. The concrete plate comprises one or more rigid glass or vitreous elements (3) encrusted or implanted by a peripheral joint (5) i.e. foam joint, arranged around the elements. The joint assures chemical sealing between the elements and the plate such that the monolithic panel comprises a smooth and sealed surface. The elements are formed of a glass sheet i.e. reheated laminated glass plate, where the elements are in a form of transparent, translucent or opaque and colored or colorless. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a monolithic construction panel.
