The device has clips permitting to position press-buttons and Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener) on an infant garment. Pockets or compartments for accommodating pins or moving parts are sewn on the infant garment. Vests are closed using a zipper(RTM: slide fastener) at which a removable transitional object is attached using the clips. A learning rattle is integrated to the infant garment. Removable toys are fixed to the garment in a permanent or non-permanent manner.
