PURPOSE: A color information creation system, a color information creation device, a color information creation method, and a recording medium are provided to extract color information from an object feature database and search a photographed image of the object through the display information of an image photographing time in the color information. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing unit(100) photographs the image of a predetermined range. A detection unit(200) detects entity in the predetermined range. An extraction unit(301) extracts entity from a color image. A color information generation unit(302) generates color information. The color information shows the color according to the extraction result of the extracting unit. A color information storage unit(303) stores the color information.
