PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to protect the portable terminal from outside impact by enabling a user to conveniently combine an outer case with the portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An inner case(110) fixes various components including a screen which displays the screen of an operation state. An outer case(120) covers the inner case. The outer case constitutes the appearance of a portable terminal different from the inner case. The inner case is arranged at the inside of the outer case in order to fix the inner case. The outer case is able to be replaced with other outer cases.
